Yes. Please tell us about your pets before arrival and secure any pet that is anxious, protective, or likely to escape. Heavy pet hair, odors, or pet accidents need advance review. Animal waste, infestations, and biohazards are not included in regular cleaning.

How do I get a quote and book?

Use Get a Quote / Request a Visit to send your details directly to ZINEXA. You will receive a request reference after it is saved. Your appointment stays pending until we confirm scope, price, staff, and availability with you. Calls and texts are also welcome. No payment or care-plan enrollment happens automatically.

Can I reschedule or discuss a service concern?

Yes. Call or text us, or use the schedule/reschedule option with your original appointment and preferred new date and time.
